Tel Aviv Prepares for “Pager Attack” Scenario to Target Iran’s Leaders

Al-Taj News – The former Deputy Head of the Mossad for Global Operations, Oded Eilam, revealed that the occupation may resort to carrying out a surprise attack simulating the communication devices (pager) bombing operation that targeted Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria in 2024, with the aim of liquidating the pinnacle of the Iranian military command; confirming in an interview with the New York Post that the element of surprise represents a cornerstone of the occupation’s strategy, and that Tel Aviv possesses secret intelligence and military cards ready for activation.

Eilam identified four figures whom he considered the centers of gravity and actual decision-making in Tehran, namely: the Commander of the Revolutionary Guard Ahmad Vahidi, the Commander of the Basij Forces Hossein Taeb, the Chief of Staff Ali Abdollahi, along with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Mohsen Rezaee, considering that the political leadership and the new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei do not hold the reins of decisive authority.
